Agreement in English

A person or participants enrolled as a group described below as Participant (singular).
Para Centrum Texel BV Postveg 128.1795 JS The Cocksdorp, Texel described below as Provider.

This is an agreement between Participant and Provider. When Participant acknowledges this agreement & the following business conditions, Participant commits to pay deposit, 20% of course fee, at least 3 weeks before start of the course or if registration is after that, within three business days.
Note: Space on the course is only guaranteed when the deposit is paid!

Business conditions
Participant
is aware that the course and conduct of it is a business matter between Provider and Participant and ParaWings solely intermediary contacts with Provider.
ParaWings cant in any way be held responsible for the organization or liquidation of the course.
If attendance does not show up for a course, the deposit is lost. The Participant has the right to transfer its space (on the original booked course) and deposit to a new Participant. Participant pays later than three weeks before the course a penalty fee of € 25 will be added to final payment in Holland.

Provider reserves the right to cancel courses. If Provider cancels a course before start, deposit is refunded.

Provider accounts only compulsory insurance to third parties. Participant is responsible for taking out any additional insurance. We strongly recommend that Participant have repatriation insurance. Participant is responsible for obtaining various documents and permits such as, but not limited to, driving permits and medical certificate.
The Participant is responsible for booking of accommodation, ParaWings can help.

Force Majeure
If the course has commenced the whole course or parts thereof cannot be implemented by the Provider is issued a voucher valid for the completion of the course; payment for the course will not be reimbursed.

Voucher is valid 24 months from issuance and is valid for all open courses (see our calendar). Open courses is held from April to October on a regular basis, Provider is not obliged to create additional courses for the settlement of the remaining jumps.
If the course is not completed within three months from start, Participant will have to undergo basic training (Ground School) again, this is free of charge.
Insurance (third person liability) signed by the Provider are valid throughout all jumps of the course.

Any dispute between Participant and Provider must be treated in a Dutch trial of Providers choice.
